Zwitterionic Polyurethane 两性离子聚氨酯 - Here, a family of zwitterionic polyurethanes (ZPU) with sulfobetaine groups in the polymer backbone is developed, which are fabricated into encapsulation devices with tunable nanoporous structures via electrospinning. [1] In this research, we designed a novel series of zwitterionic polyurethane (zPU) additives to impart anti-thrombotic properties to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) matrix. [2] Our device benefits from the zwitterionic polyurethane-modified cellulose acetate (PCBU-CA) membrane, which can greatly inhibit the surface fouling of blood cells and membrane flux decline. Novel Zwitterionic Polyurethane
To eliminate the undesired bacterial attachment on PU coatings, we designed a novel zwitterionic polyurethane (ZPU) with high content of sulfobetaine zwitterionic moieties for enabling surface hydrophilicity to hydrophobic acrylic polyurethane (APU) via an inter-diffused structured coating. [1] In this paper, novel zwitterionic polyurethane containing pendant carboxyl-pyridinium were successfully prepared with N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) isonicotinamide (BINA) and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), followed by zwitterionization with 4-bromobutyric acid.
