Watermelon Mosaic(西瓜马赛克)研究综述
Watermelon Mosaic 西瓜马赛克 - During 2017–2019, 625 symptomatic edible seed squash leaves were collected from the fields for detection of pathogenic viruses, including watermelon mosaic potyvirus (WMV), Zucchini yellow mosaic potyvirus (ZYMV), cucurbit aphid-borne yellows polerovirus (CABYV), squash mosaic comovirus (SqMV), cucumber mosaic cucumovirus (CMV), and papaya ringspot potyvirus watermelon strain (PRSV-W) using DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR methods. [1] Similar results were obtained from the CP mutants of watermelon mosaic virus (WMV, genus Potyvirus ). [2] During 2017-2018 growing season, some fields of cucurbits in Iran (North and northeast) were surveyed for the presence of Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) and other common cucurbit viruses. [3] Samples infected with papaya ringspot virus (PRSV-W), watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), and cucurbit aphid-borne-yellows virus (CABYV) were also tested by RT-PCR. [4] The potyvirus Moroccan watermelon mosaic virus (MWMV) naturally infects and severely threatens production of cucurbits and papaya. [5] One sample (Ir-Na: MH491979) was determined to be infected by the Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) whereas four samples (Ir-Ma:MH491979, Ir-Ng:MH491980, Ir-Pi:MH491981, and Ir-Ur:MH491982) infected by Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV). [6] Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) is one of the most prevalent viruses in cucurbit crops, and Moroccan watermelon mosaic virus (MWMV) emerged as a related species that threatens these crops. [7] The corresponding nine residues in watermelon mosaic virus CP were also found to play essential roles in virus cell-to-cell movement. [8] Contigs from cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV), tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) were identified, all previously reported in Korea. [9] Detection and Molecular Characterization of Watermelon Mosaic Virus (WMV) Spread Along the Syrian Coast. [10] The results of the phylogenetic analysis indicated that WVMV was most closely related to soybean mosaic virus and watermelon mosaic virus and less closely related to the zantedeschia mild mosaic virus and dasheen mosaic virus. [11] , Potato leaf roll virus (PLRV), Watermelon mosaic virus, Cowpea mosaic virus and Cucumber mosaic virus with the help of commercial diagnostic kits (Agdia). [12] We show that a mild isolate of Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV, genus Potyvirus) can be used as a VIGS vector for reverse genetic analyses in melon. [13] One of the destructive potyviruses which cause economic damage and serious yield losses to cucurbit crops around the world is Watermelon mosaic potyvirus. [14] Among all the different transgenic crops developed using RNAi, beans resistant to bean golden mosaic virus, papaya resistant to papaya ringspot virus, plum resistant to plum pox virus, and squash resistant to cucumber mosaic virus, watermelon mosaic virus, and zucchini yellow mosaic virus are most successful commercially released varieties. [15] Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) is one of the important Potyviruses that infect cucurbits worldwide. [16] Mixed viral infections in plants involving a potyvirus and other unrelated virus often result in synergistic effects, with significant increases in accumulation of the non-potyvirus partner, as in the case of melon plants infected by the potyvirus Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) and the crinivirus Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus (CYSDV). [17] Result obtained from ACP-ELISA showed that 20 out of 24 samples collected tested positive to universal potyvirus antisera, the gene sequence analysis revealed that samples were predominantly infected with Algerian watermelon mosaic virus representing 40% of total viruses detected followed by Morroccan watermelon mosaic virus representing 15% of total viruses detected followed by Papaya ringspot virus, Zucchini tigre mosaic virus, Watermelon mosaic virus and Soybean mosaic virus representing 10% each for total viruses detected and finally Potato virus Y representing 5% of total virus detected. [18] Soilborne diseases (mainly caused by Macrophomina phaseolina and Neocosmospora falciformis), combined with virus incidence [Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), and Tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus (ToLCNDV)] and Podosphaera xanthii attacks, reduced yield by more than 50%. [19] Several viruses cause mosaic disease that infects Cucurbitaceae plants, namely Cucumber aphid borne yellows virus (CABYV), Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV), Squash mosaic virus (SqMV), Squash leaf curl virus (SLCV), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV). [20] We apply it to a spatio-temporal dataset reporting the relative proportions of five genetic variants of watermelon mosaic virus (WMV, genus Potyvirus, family Potyviridae) in infections of commercial cucurbit fields. [21] Wirus mozaiki arbuza (watermelon mosaic virus, WMV) oraz wirus żółtej mozaiki cukinii (zucchini yellow mosaic virus, ZYMV) są groźnymi patogenami infekującymi uprawy roślin dyniowatych na całym świecie. [22] 2013), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) were designed and used for detection by RT-PCR. [23] Diseased samples were collected and analyzed using DAS-ELISA for Soybean mosaic virus , Watermelon mosaic virus , Bean pod mottle virus , Cucumber mosaic virus , and Bean common mosaic virus. [24] However, the majority of the small RNAs were from Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). [25] Frekuensi virus ditentukan secara serologi dengan metode DIBA ( dot immunobinding assay ) menggunakan antiserum Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Cucurbit aphid borne yellow virus (CABYV), Cucurbit green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV), Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV), Squash mosaic virus (SqMV), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), dan Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV). [26] Moreover, other potyviruses, including bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) and watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), also threaten soybean farming. [27] We used 19 genotypes (plus controls) of watermelon from the collection of Cucurbitaceas germplasm of the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid to select watermelon plants resistant to Papaya ringspot virus “type Watermelon” (PRSV-W), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), and Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV). [28] , cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), pepper cryptic virus 2 (PCV2) and bell pepper endornavirus (BPEV). [29] Combining biotests under controlled conditions and data from the literature, we assessed 18 candidate plant species, and ruled-out those posing a potential risk of hosting Aphis gossypii (melon pest and virus vector), Myzus persicae (virus vector) and/or viruses (Cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus (CABYV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) and Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV)). [30] It was interesting to note that there was an almost identical recombination breakpoint in SMV-RI and Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV). [31] In order to identify the etiological agent of the disease, five leaf samples were collected from each greenhouse for a total of 20 samples, and tested for the presence of cucumber mosaic virus, zucchini yellow mosaic virus, papaya ringspot virus, watermelon mosaic virus and cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) by using polyclonal antibodies in DASELISA. [32] This chapter will address the spectrum of PGPR-mediated ISR against some plant viruses including banana bunchy top virus, bean common mosaic virus strain blackeye cowpea mosaic, bean yellow mosaic virus, bitter gourd yellow mosaic virus, cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, cucumber mosaic virus, papaya ringspot virus, pepper mild mottle virus, potato virus X, potato virus Y, sunflower necrosis virus, tobacco mosaic virus, tobacco necrosis virus, tomato chlorotic spot virus, tomato mosaic tobamovirus, tomato mottle virus, tomato spotted wilt virus, tomato yellow leaf curl virus, urdbean leaf crinkle virus, and watermelon mosaic virus. [33] Out of 12 viruses and virus groups investigated, zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), watermelon mosaic virus (WMV),cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus (CABYV) and a new member of the genus Polerovirus, pepo aphid-borne yellows virus (PABYV) were detected in various cucurbit crops from plants displaying virus-like symptoms. [34] The major viruses affecting watermelon in the United States are Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), Papaya ringspot virus-watermelon strain (PRSV-W, formerly Watermelon mosaic virus-1), andWatermelonmosaic virus (WMV, formerly Watermelon mosaic virus-2) (Ali et al. [35] In this study, we considered mixed infections of two unrelated viruses commonly found in melon plants, the crinivirus Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus (CYSDV) and the potyvirus Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), and evaluated their vector-transmission by whiteflies and aphids, respectively. [36] Phylogenetic tree analyses suggest that WVMV appeared most closely related to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and watermelon mosaic virus. [37] The potyvirus with the highest whole-genome nucleotide identity to the PV isolates is watermelon mosaic virus, which shares 68. [38] Recessive resistance to Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) in melon has previously been reported in the African accession TGR-1551. [39] This study aims to detect and to verify the presence of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Papaya ringspot virus type W (PRSV-W), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), Zucchini lethal chlorosis virus (ZLCV), Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), and the main cucurbit viruses in Brazil using multiplex reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay. [40] Moroccan watermelon mosaic virus (MWMV) represents an emerging threat to cucurbit production in the Mediterranean Basin. [41] This study performed an in-depth mining of public transcriptome data both in different cucumber tissues and under downy mildew (DM) inoculation, and found that the expression of leaf-specific expressed transcription factor CsTCP14 was significantly increased after treatment with DM, as well as being upregulated under stress from another foliage disease, watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), in susceptible cucumbers. [42] Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), and Papaya ring spot virus (PRSV-W) are the three most common potyviruses infecting cucurbits in the United States of America. [43] An upgraded nicking/polymerization strategy for ultrasensitive electrochemical detection of Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) is proposed on the basis of the exonuclease and polymerase activity of T4 DNA polymerase and Mg2+-dependent DNAzyme-assisted and hemin/G-quadruplex DNAzyme-assisted cascade amplification strategies.
