[1] Watermelon crinkle leaf-associated virus 1 and watermelon crinkle leaf-associated virus 2 (WCLaV-1 and WCLaV-2), two unclassified members of the order Bunyavirales, are phylogenetically related to members of the genus Coguvirus (family Phenuiviridae). [2] Of these, 58,200 and 27,500 reads mapped to the genomes of watermelon crinkle leaf-associated virus 1 (WCLaV-1) and WCLaV-2 (Xin et al. [4] Sequence comparison analyses showed that the RdRp, MP and NP of YMPrNSV1 are highly similar to those of watermelon crinkle leaf-associated virus 2 (WCLaV-2), with 69.
