Urban Problems(城市问题)研究综述
Urban Problems 城市问题 - With China’s rapid urbanization in the last 30 years, large numbers of Chinese cities are becoming victims of urban problems. [1] The consequences are not only the destruction of human living environment, but also many urban problems such as traffic congestion and urban environmental pollution for people living in the metropolitan area. [2] We verify how the projects and writings about the city of São Paulo in the literature and urban fields dialog in the construction of this image, either as a celebration the city future paths, emphasizing its modernization, or criticizing these paths, indicating its urban problems. [3] At the same time, in the context of the emergence of urban problems with the increasing complexity, sustainable urban renewal has gradually become a new type of governance that takes social, economic and environmental sustainability into account. [4] In such cases, there is a positive spillover effect: by providing the car-sharing service, the manufacturer generates a larger profit with producing less vehicles, which helps alleviate some urban problems, such as air pollution and congestion. [5] Algiers, like developing world large cities, has known a massive urbanisation wave, due an increasing birth rate and migration from the interior of the country, which provokes many urban problems such as housing, transportation, unemployment and environmental issues. [6] The positioning problem is a key pre-processing step in the location service to assist in solving related problems such as location query and sharing in urban problems. [7] The paper deals with the role of the application of the theory of creative cities ( whichdefined by Charles Landry as the unique city that encourages the adoption of diverse, innovative and long-term collective solutions to its urban problems, defined by RichardFlorida as the place that has a real presence and potential for attracting creative class, Theyare the areas that allow integration with new ideas, and the constant dependence oneconomic change and technological innovation as a prerequisite for the continuation of hightecheconomy, and defined by Scott as a general term denotes a dynamic relationship, andfinally defined by the researcher as the city that attracts the creative class to create creativeindustries to achieve creative economy) in the development of heritage areas, and assumesthat the provision of components and standards of creative cities in any heritage areacontributes effectively In the economic, social and cultural development. [8] The islands of heat or pockets of hot air that form on the surface is a recurring phenomenon in cities and their identification, intensity and spatial representation is fundamental for the analysis of environmental and urban problems. [9] In view of this, based on the design of urban planning and simulation model under big data environment, this paper explores the inherent law of urban operation through big data analysis of the problems existing in urban operation, and shapes the large data space of smart city according to data dimension, business system set and data exchange catalogue to effectively improve the scientific level of urban planning and construction of smart cities, provide scientific prediction for sustainable urban development, put forward reasonable intervention measures and public policies through planning means, and alleviate or improve the urban living environment, traffic congestion, pollution and other urban problems. [10] There are technological and industrial changes such as the 4th Industrial Revolution and AI, IoT, autonomous driving, and shared economy, the traditional social values such as urban problems, birth and employment problems, welfare and quality of life. [11] The main contribution of SiR as a PPI intermediation programme has been to launch new types of fruitful conversations on several levels, that lead to institutional innovations rather than direct solutions for urban problems or startup development. [12] ABNY’s privatized crime-fighting initiatives signified a new direction in city law enforcement strategies, a new “common sense” regarding the efficacy and authority of private or voluntarist solutions to urban problems, and proved of lasting significance for labor relations, the regulation of urban space, and the role of the private sector in urban policy. [13] However, when additionally controlling for variables relevant to urban problems – perceived safety, noise, and cleanliness – emotional response to compact neighborhoods becomes significantly positive and the impact of anxiety diminishes, resulting in a significant positive association of compactness with life satisfaction. [14] Ultimately, it addresses the question of how such an initiative can increase the potential for more inclusive, immediate and innovative approaches to urban problems in a context of risk‐averse city governments with increasing constraints of both resources and finance alongside a growing demand for greater democratic authorship and ownership of the built environment. [15] Urban problems in the use of space result in the disturbance of the harmony between human and the nature. [16] To solve such urban problems, it is necessary to explore residential mobility. [17] The characteristics of urban land use play an important role on urban comfort, while proper urban land use makes urban life more comfortable, improper urban land causes some urban problems. [18] Temporary and tactical transformations of public space can reproduce or even exacerbate the urban problems they seek to address. [19] A series of questions are posed to address these propositions: Which kinds of architectural-urban problems did Rowe emphasize in his studio teaching? What concepts and composition devices were called up? What happens in the transmission and transfer through students, and the singular student of Peter Eisenman in particular? Through an analysis of their university studio teaching, the paper seeks to reveal instances of teaching practices that promote singular theoretical models, different problematics, and various composition strategies and devices which it is claimed are distinguished by their embrace of ambiguity, complexity, and multiplicity. [20] Play, it is argued, should not be positioned as offering solutions to urban problems. [21]
Solve Urban Problems
This article proposes a gamified crowdsourcing framework for smart governments to solve urban problems. [1] This paper explains about smart city, urban problems in Indonesia and the application of the smart city concept in Bandung to solve urban problems in the city of Bandung. [2] Petersburg were surveyed to assess the level of trust in new technologies used to communicate with authorities and receive public services, solve urban problems and participate in the management of the city. [3] Many smart city applications have implemented the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) as a solution to solve urban problems. [4] The speaker in this talk will first explain the basic and advanced geospatial concepts that have been widely used to solve urban problems. [5] The questionnaire contained parameters assessing the credibility of new technologies used to communicate with government representatives and to obtain public services, to solve urban problems, and to participate in the city’s management. [6] The questionnaire contained the parameters for evaluation trust in new technologies used to communicate with government representatives and get public services, to solve urban problems, and to participate in city management. [7] Smart City is a futuristic high-tech city that can freely use Information and Communication Technology and can solve urban problems that are occurring now. [4] nan [5] nan [6] nan [7] nan [8]
Complex Urban Problems
Otherwise, the promise of neatly packaged technological solutions to complex urban problems, which are embedded in the current discussions on smart cities, might just create circumstances where policy makers end up overlooking the entire gamut of safety and inclusion. [1] Smart city concept or label has become increasingly popular in scientific literature as well as in contemporary urban policy-making, where it has been popularized for the purpose of solving complex urban problems. [2] To deal with complex urban problems, urban renewal requires integrated, coordinated and multifaceted strategies involving a wide range of stakeholders. [3] These proclamations have become popular for the purpose of solving complex urban problems, electoral gains at the local level, and also for marketing reasons. [4]
Variou Urban Problems
Economic growth and rapid urbanization have resulted in various urban problems related to sustainable development. [1] Smart city is originally aimed at dealing with various urban problems due to rapid urbanization, like energy shortage, congestion, and environmental pollution. [2] In Cote d'Ivoire, accelerated urbanization, crises in the political and socio-economic order, have an urban disorder and various urban problems. [2] nan [3]
Numerou Urban Problems
Therefore, action in development of housing policies for elderly people in Tehran is necessary due to numerous urban problems and issues such as transportation, Tehran's air pollution, lack of health services, and increasing land price and rent. [1] However, when these cities undergo through an unplanned urbanization process, they often molded themselves into numerous urban problems. [2] There have subsequently accompanied numerous urban problems, such as congestion, serious air pollution, urban endlessly sprawl and inappropriate land development with low urban density. [2] nan [3]
Tackling Urban Problems
In this framework, game elements are diffusely mobilized in order to develop responsible and active citizens with the aim of tackling urban problems. [1] From those numbers, we then categorize into 14 typologies of applications/websites based on its methods in tackling urban problems. [2]
Specific Urban Problems
This paper describes the projects undertaken by the VSO volunteer from the USA between 2011 and 2012 in the light of the specific urban problems facing Chipata District, and discusses the ways the social maladies play out in Zambian society to pose challenges to implementing the recommended changes to the planning system scribed in the 2009 URP Bill. [1] In particular, specific ecosystem services could be used to fight/solve specific urban problems. [2]
Solving Urban Problems
The students were required to develop a prototype oriented towards solving urban problems related to sustainability, education, healthcare, mobility and education along with a comprehensive business plan. [1] The proposed model combined different research types and different methods applied in different disciplines and thus contribute greatly to solving urban problems. [2]
Related Urban Problems
Sulaimani as the other historic cities, although has the most compacted and traditional structure, especially in original and commercial part of the city, has suffered from the congested city center which day by day increases, the related urban problems and became more un-friendly. [1] The strategy of improving urban life resilience should focus on priority, pertinence, cross-regional dynamic guidance, coordinated governance of related urban problems and the impact of new science and technology and urban development concepts. [2]
Accentuating Urban Problems
For this reason, the current scenario calls for research beyond the municipal scale, especially as the economic integration of cities and their development are accentuating urban problems such as environmental degradation, lack of basic sanitation, unemployment, and lack of urban infrastructure all of which affect the quality of life of its inhabitants. [1] The current metropolitan landscape warrants the use of instruments beyond the municipal scale, especially since the economic integration of cities and their development are accentuating urban problems that affect the sustainability of cities. [2]
