Real World Validation 真实世界验证 - Background and Aims: The aims of this study were to establish a maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) cutoff to discriminate clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) from benign prostate disease (BPD) by 68Ga-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (68Ga-PSMA-11) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) in patients with suspected prostate cancer (PCa), and to perform a prospective real-world validation of this cutoff value. [1] The easing of mobility restrictions in June 2020 and subsequent scale-up of testing and tracing programs through September provided real-world validation of our predictions. [2] Real-world validation of the rule identified in this post hoc analysis is merited. [3] Results A 10 metabolic gene-based signature was constructed and verified as a robust and independent prognostic classifier in public and real-world validation cohorts. [4] In the process of simulation experiments and real-world validations, our proposed method is compared with the basic particle swarm optimization and A-star method in four simulation scenarios and four real-world maps, and the comparative study show that the proposed algorithm outperforms as well as particle swarm optimization and A-star algorithms in terms of path length, running time, path optimal degree, and stability. [5] For real-world validation of two biomarkers (study 2), other participants in the KCPS-II cohort who had IFG at baseline (n = 500) were selected. [6] With refined training schemes and real-world validation, these tools can be deployed to automatically measure and monitor swallowing in the clinic and community for patients across the impairment spectrum. [7] Collection of data from four subjects performing standardized clinical tasks while in wheelchairs allowed for real-world validation of the 3D simulation model. [8] Data from monitoring program samples in Mahone Bay, NS, are presented as a real-world validation of findings. [9] Further real-world validation demonstrates SNOMED-CT extraction at 3 large London hospitals with self-supervised training over ∼8. [10] The combination of these modeling techniques and real-world validation demonstrates a methodology for a cost effective means of rapidly developing and validating high performance EV powertrains, filling the literature gaps in how these modeling methodologies can be carried out in a research framework.
