Polyelectrolyte Multilayered 聚电解质多层 - Herein, we describe a self-assembling polyelectrolyte multilayered (PEM) film coating with local immobilisation of calcitriol (Cal) in biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) scaffolds to promote osteoporotic bone regeneration by targeting the calcium sensing receptor (CaSR). [1] In this work, polyethyleneimine (PEI) was quaternized with 1-bromoalkane and iodomethane, and a concept for antimicrobial coatings was developed on the basis of the polyelectrolyte multilayered films. [2] Using an aqueous layer-by-layer (LbL) technique, a thick polyelectrolyte multilayered film was deposited on a ventilation tube. [3] The present research work focuses on the synthesis, characterization and properties of novel polyelectrolyte multilayered microcapsules used as smart additives in organic coatings for corrosion protection of steel parts.
