The current study evaluates the effect of AV film and coating for maintain the Physalis peruviana fruits without calyx at 5±1°C and 95 % RH for 30 days. [1] We compare single pulse, PSYCHE, and SAPPHIRE-PSYCHE spectra obtained from aqueous extracts of Physalis peruviana fruits. [2] The ethanolic extract of Physalis peruviana fruits contains valuable and active compounds such as carotenoids, phenols, flavonoids, tannin, alkaloids, vitamins C, B3 and B6.
