Novel Portable 新颖便携 - Herein, we report a novel portable all-in-one nanoenzyme-based biosensor for fish freshness monitoring that measures the release of hypoxanthine (HX), a product of nucleotide degradation in meat and fish. [1] A novel portable, lightweight, and compact microwave sensor for monitoring the grain moisture content (MC) is proposed in this letter. This novel portable device is universal, fast, user-friendly, and guarantees experimental sensitivity as well as low risk of aerosol contamination.
