Investment Financing 投资融资 - This article envisages the development of discussions and conclusions based on the specifics of improving investment activities on the formation of the theoretical bases of investment financing. [1] Based on the experience of the American and Western European leasing market, analysis of the operating activities of foreign leasing companies, the theoretical foundations of investment financing from external financial sources using the international leasing mechanism are presented. [2] Firms trade off the benefits of precautionary internal liquidity with the need to incentivize lenders’ effort through their involvement in investment financing. [3] It is also worth noting that the increase in investment activity in Ukraine will be largely determined by the presence of conditions attractive for the development of new forms of investment financing, including leasing. [4] Funding decisions are management decisions in investment financing. [5] In a time when, paradoxically, bank credit is becoming increasingly complex and difficult and therefore, to score a significant influence on the economy and investment financing, and regardless of the existing liquidity abundance, establishing and developing Private Equity/Venture Capital Funds (PE/VC) can play an important contributioninthis regard. [6] The financial condition of many agricultural organizations does not allow financing investments at the expense of funds; therefore, there is a need for investments, borrowed sources of investment financing are too expensive. [7] The research begins with literature studies related to the characteristics of waste oil, the structure of investment financing, operational costs and renewable energy reference price. [12] On the basis of monographic and qualimetric methods, system analysis and a dialectical approach, modern trends in investment in renewable energy in Ukraine and the world have been investigated, the most promising and optimal methods and forms of investment financing have been identified and systematized. [13] The analysis is presented by considering the production of gross agricultural output in the Krasnoyarsk region by categories of farms, sources of investment financing in the region, and indicators that characterize the effectiveness of investment in agricultural fixed capital. [14] Working capital financing and investment financing are used as independent variables. This paper examines the effects of country-level governance—such as voice and accountability, political stability, government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law, and control of corruption—on the capital structure and investment financing decisions of firms. [1] The results from this research suggest that the accounting treatment under IFRS 16 contributes to the quality but not necessarily to the ease of making investment financing decisions.
