Intraoperative Contrast Enhanced(术中对比度增强)研究综述
Intraoperative Contrast Enhanced 术中对比度增强 - Intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) may play a role in early detection and immediate treatment of type Ia EL. [1] It is possible to pursue this goal thanks to the refinement of several technological tools for pre and intraoperative planning including intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), cortico-subcortical mapping, functional MRI (fMRI), navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation (nTMS), intraoperative CT or MRI (iCT, iMR), and intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound. [2] Two imaging datasets were collected from each patient: (I) preoperative CTA and (II) intraoperative contrast-enhanced cone beam computed tomography (ceCBCT) acquired after the insertion of the stiff guidewire and stent graft delivery system. [3] Intraoperative ultrasound as an adjunct for localization and monitoring the extent of resection has not been systematically evaluated in these patients; the effectiveness of intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) remains almost completely unexplored. [4] Endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine-needle aspiration was performed for the tail lesion, a diagnosis of clear cell carcinoma was made, and laparoscopic enucleation of the pancreatic tumors was performed aided by intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound. [5] The aim of this study was to describe our experience with a novel technique using intraoperative contrast-enhanced DynaCT as an adjunct for more accurate and safer guidance of the needle to the FO.
