Gentiana Rigescens 龙胆龙胆 - In this study, the content of total secoiridoids (gentiopicroside, swertiamarin, and sweroside) of Gentiana rigescens from 37 different regions in southwest China were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [1] Gentiana rigescens is an economically important medicinal plant in the subtropical zone in Asia. [2] Based on the species distribution data provided by the National Specimen Information Infrastructure combined with field survey and MaxEnt model, we simulated and verified the suitable distribution area of Gentiana rigescens. [3] Gentiana rigescens is one of the most important traditional Chinese medicines because of its therapeutic effects in protecting the liver and promoting bile discharge, anti‐hypertension, and spasm and pain relief. [4]本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对中国西南37个不同产区龙胆草中总类环烯醚萜(龙胆苦苷、獐牙果苷、獐牙菜苷)的含量进行了分析。 [1] 龙胆草是亚洲亚热带地区重要的经济药用植物。 [2] 基于国家标本信息基础设施提供的物种分布数据，结合野外调查和MaxEnt模型，模拟验证了龙胆的适宜分布区域。 [3] 茯苓龙胆具有保肝利胆、抗高血压、解痉止痛等功效，是我国重要的中药材之一。 [4]

In this work, switchable hydrophilicity solvent-based ultrasound-assisted liquid phase microextraction (SHS-UA-LPME) was combined with micro-volume UV-vis spectrophotometry for the determination of trace nickel in the medicinal plant Gentiana rigescens Franch. [1] Amarogentin (AMA) is a secoiridoid glycoside isolated from the traditional Chinese medicine, Gentiana rigescens Franch. [2] Here, we investigated the allometric relationships in Gentiana rigescens Franch.
