Flexible Workpiece(柔性工件)研究综述
Flexible Workpiece 柔性工件 - This paper presents the cutting force modeling and the experimental verification for the model with the accurate measurement of the milling forces through the dynamic compensation of the workpiece-dynamometer assembly dynamics in the milling of the flexible workpieces. [1] The present study could provide an in-depth understanding of the dynamic behavior of flexible workpieces in turning operations. [2] Current researches on fixturing scheme optimization have been mainly focused on rigid workpieces and flexible workpieces, however, seldom considered variable stiffness structure (VSS) workpieces. [3]本文介绍了在柔性工件铣削中通过工件-测功机装配动力学的动态补偿,对铣削力进行精确测量的模型进行切削力建模和实验验证。 [1] 本研究可以深入了解柔性工件在车削操作中的动态行为。 [2] 目前关于夹具方案优化的研究主要集中在刚性工件和柔性工件上,而很少考虑变刚度结构(VSS)工件。 [3]
