Directional Spectrum 定向频谱 - Combining the contrast characteristics of Wen’s directional spectrum and Donelan’s distribution function, this paper proposed a simulation model of 2-D random rough sea surface based on improved Wen’s spectrum and Monte Carlo method, and analyzes distribution characteristics of the 2-D random rough sea surface under the condition of 320° wind direction, different wind speeds, and fetch. [1] The seismic performance assessment of bridges by nonlinear time history analysis using unidirectional spectrum-matched accelerograms is generally adopted in Japan's specifications. [2] In the meantime, the three-dimensional Gerstner wave model, the Pierson-Moskowitz wave spectrum, and the stereo wave observation project (SWOP) directional spectrum are combined to construct the sea surface to obtain the sea clutter motion model. [3] Waves are modelled as a directional spectrum, and the current as a homogeneous velocity field with an exponential vertical distribution. [4] The model is applied with a horizontal resolution of 5 m and a boundary condition representative of the directional spectrum of a typical southeast swell event. [5] This work also shows results obtained with a vector sensor, in an attempt to characterize particle motion due to noise sources in terms of amplitude and directional spectrum, and presents developed communication codes performance, in terms of Bit Error Rate versus Signal to Noise Ratio or Eb/N0. [6] Typically, wave records are transformed into a directional spectrum which provides information about the wave energy distribution across different frequencies and directions.
