Circumferential Groove 圆周槽 - Various designs of Casing Treatment (CT) are devised, including circumferential grooves CT [8], non-axisymmetric slottype CT [9], honeycomb CT [10], self-recirculating flow channels [6, 11], ported shroud casing treatment [7] and multiple cylindrical hole casing treatment (MHCT) [12]. [1] The new species further differs from known Peruvian species of Noblella by the combination of the following characters: tympanic membrane absent, eyelids lacking tubercles, dorsal skin finely shagreen, tarsal tubercles or folds absent, three phalanges on Finger IV, tips of digits not expanded, no circumferential grooves on digits, inguinal spots present. [2] Four microtextures that are radial grooves, circular pits, local reticulation, and circumferential grooved microtexture are processed by laser microcarving on the surface of specimen, and three different lubricating medium conditions are set up with high-viscosity oil, low-viscosity oil, and oil–solid mixture, and the effect of lubrication condition and texture shape on the wear reduction of the microtexture friction pair is studied. [3] Each vallate was surrounded by a circumferential groove into which taste pores opened. [4] A parametrized numerical study is performed to assess the design of circumferential grooves in a radial compressor. [5] Experiments are performed on artificial defects on the cladding tube of real control rods to simulate short-circumferential grooves (SCGs), sliding wears (SWs), and circumferential cracks (CCs). [6] Sweep in the presence of circumferential grooves results in considerable increase of operating range with nominal decrease in efficiency.
