Ceramic Pieces 陶瓷片 - Among the ceramic pieces, a fragment of a small altar and several multiply perforated objects are particularly conspicuous; this is the first time sieves have been discovered in an LBK context in Romania. [1] Methods: we focus on isotopic analysis of carbonized food residues preserved on the inner surfaces of ceramic pots, plates, and other ceramic pieces from archaeological excavations in the intermediate zone (elevations 500-1500m) and coastal zone of the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica. [2] Furthermore, we also discuss the data resulting from this analysis, information relating to the volume —or capacity— and weight of the ceramic pieces.
