Artificial Beach 人工沙滩 - In recent years, the formation of artificial beachrock and bio-cementation method has gained considerable attention as a sustainable alternative tool in the area of geotechnical and geo-environmental engineering field for soil improvement and construction materials. [1] Based on the national positioning of “Blue Bay” regulation, this paper combines the Yueliang Bay renovation project of Rizhao Port, and uses the theory of parabola type headland balanced shoreline to propose the scale relationship between artificial beach and protection scheme. [2] Two important parameters such as wave reflection and dissipation were analysed using wave channel and artificial beach in laboratory. [3] For the beach slope, the slope of the water part of the inclined surface is more obvious in the natural embankment than in the artificial concrete embankment and the artificial bath; the slope of the sloping surface is almost the same as that of the natural embankment, the slope of the artificial concrete, and the slope of the artificial beach. [4] Creation of complexes of artificial beaches with beach-retaining structures, that simultaneously perform coastal protection and recreational functions, is the most promising solution to these problems in the 21st century. [5] The present study aims to create an artificial beach in the municipality of Machico, as well as its complementary infrastructures, located on the south-eastern coast, in the municipality of Machico (Madeira Island). artificial beach nourishment
A set of experiments with an artificial beach nourishment movable bed model was prepared. [1] In the present study, the main objective is to provide information to the coastal engineer to predict and quantify the wear and tear of sand for artificial beach nourishment, as well as the durability of the intervention. [2] Artificial beach nourishment is one of the most important environmentally friendly coastal protection methods since it protects the aesthetic and recreational values of the beach and increases its protective properties.
