In this paper, biocomposite films were prepared by using recycled low density polyethylene from marine plastic waste and wheat straw micropowders from common agricultural wastes in northern China. ^[1] This has led to the development of ceiling board using waste breadfruit seed coat and Recycled Low Density Polyethylene, as filler and binder respectively. ^[2] In first stage, recycled low density polyethylene (LDPE) has been selected as matrix material, while ceramic reinforcement of SiC and Al2O3 has been blended in LDPE by screw extrusion. ^[3] The mechanical and thermal properties of clay powder filled recycled low density polyethylene (rLDPE) have been determined. ^[4]
