Voltage Enhancement(전압 향상)란 무엇입니까?Voltage Enhancement 전압 향상 - The cascode AlGaN/GaN HEMT is a common structure typically composed of a high-voltage depletion-mode AlGaN/GaN HEMT and low-voltage enhancement-mode silicon (Si) MOSFET connected by a cascode structure to realize its enhancement mode. A dynamic multi-level error-driven decoupled time de-scaled multi regulation control strategy is used to guarantee better power quality performance in terms of voltage enhancement and stabilization of the AC buses, improvement of power factor, and harmonic distortion reduction.  A dynamic multi-level error-driven control strategy is proposed to guarantee better power quality performance in terms of fast charging of the battery storage system, voltage enhancement and stabilization of the DC and AC buses, improvement of power factor of AC buses, inrush current minimization and harmonic current distortion reduction. 
In addition, the elevated Fermi level of SnO2 electron transport layer increases carrier extraction and suppresses interfacial recombination, which is responsible for the open circuit voltage enhancement.  Thinner spacer layer results in higher strain which shifts the absorption edge towards shorter wavelengths and is responsible for open-circuit voltage enhancement, while thicker spacer layer increases the Shockley-Read-Hall (SRH) recombination that degrades both open-circuit voltage and fill factor.
