Reactivity Assay(반응성 분석)란 무엇입니까?
Reactivity Assay 반응성 분석 - Spleens were collected for immunoreactivity assays. [1] For Yamagata viruses, antigenic drift of neuraminidase was a major driver of epidemic activity, indicating that neuraminidase-based vaccines and cross-reactivity assays should be employed to monitor and develop robust protection against influenza B morbidity and mortality. [2] We characterized this library by a new high-throughput thiol-reactivity assay and screened them against 10 cysteine-containing proteins. [3] Cross-reactivity assay was performed by ELISA for all proteins and bacteria. [4] For reactivity assay we performed co-cultures of TILs with autologous tumour and non-related tumor cell line, and measured INFγ released by ELISPOT. [5]

The in chemico Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA) was developed as a non-animal, relatively high throughput, screening tool for skin sensitization potential. [1] The Amino acid Derivative Reactivity Assay (ADRA) was developed by the authors as an in chemico alternative to animal testing for skin sensitization potential. [2] The Amino acid Derivative Reactivity Assay (ADRA) is an in chemico alternative to animal testing for the prediction of skin sensitization potential. [3] The Amino acid Derivative Reactivity Assay (ADRA) is an in chemico alternative to animal testing for skin sensitization potential, in which measurements of multi-constituent solutions were sometimes affected by co-elution with nucleophilic reagents. [4] Here, we assessed the skin sensitization potential of resveratrol by the direct peptide reactivity assay (DPRA), one of the first non-animal tests adopted by the OECD. [5] The Amino acid Derivative Reactivity Assay (ADRA) is an in chemico alternative to animal testing for skin sensitization potential that uses two different nucleophilic reagents and it is known that ADRA hardly exhibts co-elution compared with the Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA) based on the same scientific principles. The in vitro alternative assay called human Cell Line Activation Test (h-CLAT) and Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA) served to address these issues. [1] The in chemico Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA) was developed as a non-animal, relatively high throughput, screening tool for skin sensitization potential. [2] In this study, we evaluated three different integrated approaches to predict a human skin sensitization hazard using data from in vitro assays (KeratinoSens™ and human cell line activation test [h‐CLAT]), and a newly developed in chemico assay (spectrophotometric direct peptide reactivity assay [Spectro‐DPRA]). [3] We previously developed a novel in chemico direct peptide reactivity assay involving a spectrophotometric evaluation (Spectro-DPRA) for animal skin sensitization tests (local lymph node assay; LLNA). [4] These results prompted us to investigate the reactivity of the same ingredients using the direct peptide reactivity assay (DPRA). [5] The Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA, OECD N⁰ 442C, 2015) and the Amino Acid Derivative Reactivity Assay (ADRA) are in chemico assays used to discriminate between allergens and non-allergens. [6] Here we report studies conducted with 11 methacrylate esters and methacrylic acid in which results obtained with 3 validated in vitro tests for which there are OECD guidelines (the Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay, DPRA; ARE‐Nrf2 luciferase test methods, and – with some chemicals – a dendritic cell activation test, the myeloid U937 Skin Sensitisation test [U‐SENS] assay) have been compared with QSAR approaches (DEREK and TIMES‐SS), and with LLNA and guinea pig maximisation test (GPMT) data. [7] Here, we assessed the skin sensitization potential of resveratrol by the direct peptide reactivity assay (DPRA), one of the first non-animal tests adopted by the OECD.
