The practice of rural revitalization strategies can’t be separated from the new professional farmers who are literate, skilled and good at management. [1] In order to make a comprehensive evaluation of the training effect of the new professional farmers from the training organization and management, training time, training cost and other aspects, and make an accurate judgment on the current situation and development direction of the new professional farmers training in China. [2] Based on the willingness and influencing factors of new professional farmers to participate in skill training in the development of modern urban agriculture, this study seeks to study the education of professional farmers from the perspective of demand. [4] By analyzing these influencing factors and optimization directions, it is concluded that improving rural land transfer market and agricultural infrastructure construction, establishing a new agricultural technology extension system, and vigorously cultivating new professional farmers are the targeted measures to improve the GUECL. [5] Based on the analysis of the contradictory problem between the supply and demand of new professional farmers cultivation, this paper constructs a basic-elements set of new professional farmer cultivation, defines the contradictory problems, and solves the contradictory problems through extension transformation, and finally forms a new professional farmers cultivation supply models to promote the rapid development of rural vitalization.
