This current case report describes two newborn infants with congenital oropharyngeal teratomas. [1] Epignathus is a rare congenital oropharyngeal teratoma, it should be diagnosed in the fetus as early as possible. [2] Congenital oropharyngeal teratoma is a rare tumor subtype with cells from the three germ layers, majorly being benign. [3] Epignathus is a rare congenital oropharyngeal teratoma that arises from the oropharynx, especially the sphenoid, palatine, and ethmoid bones.
