Diverticulum Diagnosed 憩室の診断 - Methods This retrospective study included a total of 321 patients with colonic diverticulum diagnosed by lower gastrointestinal endoscopy within the past 8 years in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy department of Ulaanbaatar Songdo Hospital, Ulaanbaatar city, Mongolia. [1] Methods The data of 155 patients with esophageal diverticulum diagnosed by electronic gastroscopy from January 2012 to October 2018 in Digestive Endoscopy Center of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including age, sex, diverticulum location, number and complications. [2] This case report describes a spontaneous rupture of esophageal diverticulum diagnosed by drainage fluid contents and gastroscopy and treated successfully by surgical resection. [3]方法この後ろ向き研究には、モンゴルのウランバートル市にあるウランバートル松島病院の消化器内視鏡部門で過去8年以内に下部胃腸内視鏡検査によって診断された結腸憩室の合計321人の患者が含まれていました。 [1] メソッド 2012年1月から2018年10月にNingxiaHuiAutonomous Region People'sHospitalの消化管内視鏡センターで電子胃内視鏡検査によって診断された食道憩室の155人の患者のデータを、年齢、性別、憩室の位置、数、合併症など、遡及的に分析しました。 [2] この症例報告は、ドレナージ液の内容物と胃内視鏡検査によって診断され、外科的切除によって首尾よく治療された食道憩室の自然破裂について説明しています。 [3]
