What is/are Womens Freedom?

Womens Freedom - Conceptually, Nata Pratha looks progressive on account of women’s freedom. ^[1] environment and within a socio-juridical framework that was aimed at systematically curtailing women’s freedom of action in the public sphere. ^[2] A system of rigid constraints of women’s freedom and rights emerged within the local patriarchal society, especially in the high strata, coming from a perspective of ritual purity and men’s ‘safety’. ^[3] Historians have conducted important research on the rise of law-and-order politics in New York City, where anxieties over women’s freedoms, political battles over police oversight, and crime impact. ^[4] The results conclude the positive role of women’s freedom in the mineral resource sustainability agenda. ^[5] Theoretically, social media can play a significant role in developing women’s freedom and decreasing social pressures; nonetheless, women continue to face violence during the social media era mainly in the form of psychological violence. ^[6] I discuss three common areas of interdisciplinary research related to reproductive norms: (a) pronatalism as a limit to women’s freedom, (b) racism and the control of Black women’s reproduction, and (c) queer perspectives on reproduction. ^[7] Rundell is enthusiastic about opening up entertainment, women’s freedoms to enter most professions, and the doing away with the guardianship system (though I suggest it is not eradicated). ^[8] Based on Matilda Joslyn Gage’s exploration of the role of Church and State on the limitation of women’s freedom, and Silvia Federici’s work on the prosecution of the witches as patriarchal oppression, I investigate the ability of the TV show Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (CAOS) to construct a feminist identity from its protagonist’s witchcraft. ^[9] This particular law reveals the lower value assigned to women’s lives in modern societies and how much the state interferes in women’s freedom and reproductive autonomy. ^[10]
