Introduction to Pediatric Wilms

What is/are Pediatric Wilms?

Pediatric Wilms - Single-cell 3-D imaging was used to spatially and phenotypically profile a pediatric Wilms tumor. ^[1] Future interventions targeting health system delays are critical to improve protocol compliance, increasing overall survival for pediatric Wilms tumor patients in LMICs. ^[2] By adopting a Bayesian statistical approach, the former identified cellular clustering in various carcinomas, and, by using multispectral image analysis, the latter revealed tumor-specific cell populations in pediatric Wilms' tumors. ^[3] Purpose The prognosis of relapsed or refractory pediatric Wilms tumor (WT) is dismal, and new salvage therapies are needed. ^[4] Applying the method to pediatric Wilms tumor, we extract molecular, spatial and morphological features of millions of cells and reconstruct the tumor’s spatio-phenotypic patterning. ^[5] e22007 Background: To evaluate the efficacy of the regimen of combination of irinotecan and doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome in relapsed/refractory pediatric Wilms’ tumor. ^[6] To examine prevalence and predictors of neurocognitive outcomes, social attainment, emotional distress, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in long-term survivors of pediatric Wilms tumor (WT). ^[7] When treated with multimodal therapy in accordance with the established protocols for pediatric Wilms’ tumor, adult patients are able to achieve good outcomes. ^[8] The aim of this study was to generate a prognostic model to predict survival outcome in pediatric Wilms tumor (WT). ^[9]
