Introduction to Optical Characteristics

Crystal structure, surface morphology and optical characteristics of the prepared thin film were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopies.
