Introduction to Non Performing

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the number of office networks, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio, returns on third party funds and the BI rate on the growth of syariah bank assets in West Java Province.

The variables used in this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) as independent variables, and the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits from Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) as the dependent variable.

The purpose of this research is to determine influence mudharabah financing (X1), musyarakah financing (X2) and non performing financing (X3) on profitability (ROA) (Y) at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) in West Java for the 2017 – September 2020 period.

202 meaning 20% of Profitability which can be explained by Market Share, Inflation, CAR and BOPO while the remaining 80% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study banks in Indonesia such as Non Performing financing and Financing to deposit ratio.

This study obtained the results that BI rate, inflation, and Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.

This study aims to analyze Islamic financing; Mudharabah, Murabahah, Financing To Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Financing on the financial performance of Islamic Banking in Indonesia.

The lending activities of commercial banks are exposed to the risk of non performing loan.

Non Performing Financing (NPF) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap total pembiayaan (p-value 0,004).

The study recommends the Olonite Theory of Public Finance and Economic Growth/Development [that Capital Spending on Economic Services should be maintained and increased and Spending on Transfer should be made Zero especially the non performing functions, also, the government should develop the refineries to start mass production in order to null off the negative effect of transfers (subsidy payment on oil import and price equalization)].

Finally, court efficiency is also associated with a reduction in both the stock and the flow of Non Performing Loans.
