Benefits Seen - Continuous glucose monitors (CGM) are transforming diabetes management, yet adolescents and young adults (AYA) with type 1 diabetes (T1D) do not experience the same benefits seen with CGM use in adults. ^[1] PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Multiple preclinical in-vivo studies of ultra-high dose rate (FLASH) radiation therapy (RT) have shown reduced normal tissue toxicity with equivalent tumor control when compared to conventional dose rate RT, with benefits seen at dose rates ≥40 Gray (Gy) per second. ^[2] Together, these data suggest that B cells and granulocytes are altered toward
