Submission in early December 2018 I have been with editor for a month, and I don’t deal with it. People who are waiting are anxious. One month later, it was sent for external review. One of the picky and mean reviewers put forward a lot of bastard opinions, and the editor-in-chief gave it a major overhaul It took 2 months to fix it, and another two full weeks with editor (the articles that were reworked under major repairs were received directly within a few days, I really don’t know what the editor-in-chief did in tm), and then under review, it’s been 44 days since I haven’t had any Message, I don’t reply even if I send an e-mail inquiry In short, it’s too procrastinating, and there is no final news for 5 months. It’s too much delay, really tm rubbish. Everyone should be careful when submitting papers
