Fortunately, I have won an article. The request is an easy-to-use method that has been used in an article that has been published. First, I have to write an outline to see if the editor is interested, and then I will suggest to vote for the full version. I revised it twice before and after. The requirements were relatively high. Nearly 100 places were required to be revised, which made me want to give up at one time. The final submission was accepted 4 months later.

The paper draft was submitted in August, and after three or four revisions, it was officially accepted in December. In response to the editor's request, I added some experiments that applied the protocol to other cell lines, and added pictures of the papers previously published by my supervisor. Three reviewers reviewed the draft, and one of them dismissed it. Fortunately, the editor expressed interest. The problem is detailed and requires high troubleshooting.
