Received by elife. The second manuscript received overhaul comments about 40 days after submission. It was also two reviewers. The first one spoke highly of our work, but also provided some key comments and requested additional imaging data. The workload was still It's quite big, but it only took one month to revise, and it took about 25 days to revise it, and the second review comments were received in about 40 days. The reviewers were very satisfied with the revised manuscript, but they also put forward two small comments and revised it for 1 week. Submit it later, continue to submit for review (this is rather speechless), and receive it after 30 days, saying that you will receive the proofread mail within 4 weeks.
