The manuscript was submitted in mid-May and was directly rejected when the news was received in mid-August. The reviewer's comments are still very useful for the revision of the paper. I feel that the reason is mainly in myself. Reviewers are still very responsible.

The first instance and the second instance were 2 months respectively, with 45 days for intermediate revisions, and about 5 and a half months for acceptance. Efficient.

Tevc is more engineered, and I am more optimistic about ec, although if it is much lower

The manuscript was submitted in July 2012, and the editor directly asked to modify it. The language needs to be improved, and it will be submitted one month later.
