Preferences are complex, but more emphasis is placed on research related to information system management. The review cycle is uncertain, and the shortest one is 3 months for my classmate. Generally about one and a half years. The level has dropped. In recent years, the "pacific asia conference on information systems" conference will select the best special issues. More concerned about Asia-Pacific issues.

The paper was submitted in mid-August, 2011, and received only in late January, 2013. In fact, after the second-instance opinion in June 2012 came back, it was only necessary to modify the format and then returned. As a result, it was dragged on for 6 months, which was really helpless. I don’t know if it’s because the old editor-in-chief a.b.whinston is leaving his post. There is not much energy involved.

I voted in cooperation with teachers from Hong Kong schools because they are very experienced. From topic selection, English writing to topics, content and experiments, the original version has been greatly changed, so it is relatively easy, and the reviewer did not raise many problems.
