Participated in an article, the flagship journal of the materials today family. The review speed is relatively slow, but there are not many articles in a year. It is understandable. Coupled with the contribution of several new kid journals, the influence will continue. rise. I started collecting original papers a few years ago, and the current number of original research and review papers is about 1:1. The impact factor will be up to 30 soon. It’s worth a try if you don’t have to worry about graduation, and you have a good job and the support of a big cow.

Material today began accepting full texts in 17 years. The impact factor may decline slightly from 18 years, but the volume of publications remains at around 40 articles per year, with half of the summaries and full texts. The difficulty of publication is bound to increase. The current full-text publication is relatively small, but after its impact factor stabilizes, the difficulty of full-text publication will gradually increase. It is optimistic that its impact factor will remain above 10 points.

In early May, I received an email from my boss for an invitation to review, asking for the manuscript to be submitted before August 1. The editor will write a letter every month to ask if it can be completed on time. The manuscript was written and submitted to the boss in mid-July, and submitted immediately. After three weeks, the review comments were received. Both reviewers were minor revisions. They returned two days later and received the proof in early November. The speed is good, and it takes a long time to wait for the proof after repairing. The length of the article is limited to 3,500 words, and the summary is basically short and concise.
